Ordered shoes on 9-5, no confirmation email, website crashed after they received my payment. sent them an email immediately and contacted them trough their contact form. 0 communication from them so far but my money is gone.

Cool website, with cool stuff but no service or whatsoever. Still doubting on if I’m gonna receive anything (shoes, money back, or even an update/email….)

The item requested took record time to get to get too me after a polite message of illness in the ranks causing delayed orders being shipped , all good thank you 👍

My order is two weeks delayed and they sent me a 10 euro discount for my next one. Lächerlich. There won’t be next order.

I ordered an item on 3 May. 16 minutes after placing the order I sent an email to cancel, to which I received no response. On 9 May my order was dispatched. After sending several emails I finally received an inadequate response; apparently, 16 minutes wasn't enough time to cancel an order that wasn't dispatched until 6 days later.

Great products, great service. Totally satisfied! I highly recommend this shop.

I ordered a shoe 1 week ago, but I did not receive the product number or any e-mails. I wrote 5 e-mails on the Instagram page, but there is no return yet. I can't find any information about the order. Now I'm starting to think that this company is a scam does not communicate with you

I signed up for a raffle with Kickz last month, which required reserving money from my bank account. There was a long delay in finding out if I had won the shoes or not. Eventually, I was informed that I did not win the shoes. It was then stated that my money would be returned to my account after 72 hours. However, it has been over a week now, still not gotten my money back, I have written to them several times, but they never respond.

You guys don’t ship to Switzerland and there has been a long delay with the shipping, still haven’t received my order

I gave 3 stars only because of delayed delivery for 2 times in row but overall i will buy again here. Hopefully you improve your delivery next time.
